Had dinner with Mr. Separate Lives last Wednesday. He has this good
image which I think is the reason why lots of girls are drawn to him
(naks!). Well, except yours truly :) Not that he’s not ok, but we’re
friends you know :) You don’t always fall for your friends no matter how
good they are, right? He’s really nice. Truth is, as much as I want to
mention his nick so you girls out there can check him out, I can’t. It’s
for my own safety. Some girls might get mad. I still want to reach my
birthday =)
So as I was saying, he’s the goody-good type (for others…hehehe jokish! Well little by little I’m seeing the other side of him) that’s why it was a surprise to me when he told me that it’s perfectly fine to snatch some guy’s girlfriend! When is it right and when is it wrong? And our conversation over dinner made me think, what is it really about girls who are maputi (fair - white complexion), long hair, pretty and sexy? Can’t guys settle for the simple ones? I mean…. you know…. Err.. I know…I know…. You have this “as much as possible” line. yeah…. Now I understand. Makes me think what attracts me to a guy…
Btw, I’m so sorry if I touched your hand. I was just trying to see what you were talking about. You said my hands were soft after you gave me my change, which the konduktor (person collecting bus fare) gave you. So I wondered. You said yours isn’t soft. So I tried to touch a part of your hand to see the difference but you pulled it away. Then a friend told me that you told him that you’re not the touchy type. I’m so sorry if you felt awkward with what I did. Sorry po! Di ko po naisip yun eh (I haven't thought of it)

While I was busy checking some papers at work, my guy colleague who was a few meters away from me, was cleaning his desk drawer. He called me and said “Hey miss Gerty! Look!”. When I cocked my head I saw him holding an unopened Trust condom. I just smiled after I looked at what he was holding. Then he said “Lam mo mas maganda to kaysa dun sa binigay mo sa akin na Frenzy condom" (You know what, this is better than the Frenzy condom you gave me)
Yes, I gave him 3 pieces of Frenzy condoms last year. Actually I can still remember the colors. It’s in red, yellow and green. A friend of mine asked me if I want some coz he doesn’t know what he should do with all those Frenzy condoms given to him by his officemate who happens to be a model from the Frenzy commercial. When you’re a model of a certain product, you get a supply of that product, right? I can’t imagine that he has a lot of condom supplies. What the heck will he do with all that? Sell? So I took the condoms and gave it to my officemate (he thanked me!).
